The dictation module is the software that is included with the Olympus DS4000 recorder.  This is your view of the current and past dictation jobs you have created.

1. After docking the digital unit, a job # will be created stating the job #, author, created date, completed date, and recording length and will be placed in Folder A of the Dictation Tray.

2. Each job is downloaded into the Dictation Tray Folder A. 

3. Every job is backed up in the backup function of the software.  Once deleted from the Download Tray Folder A, there is still a copy in the Backup folder.

4. With speakers connected to your computer, you can listen to each dictation job by using this tool bar.
