The Transcription Center, Inc. offers the convenience of electronic transmission of documents directly to your office computer. These documents can be downloaded into your computer for your review and approval. You have the option of saving these documents for your records or deleting them. This flexibility is only offered with electronic transmission.

Transcription delivery is accomplished via courier or HIPAA compliant encrypted on-line transfer system.

Digital Dictation is now available through The Transcription Center, Inc. The handheld unit pictured to the right is an Olympus DS4000. The person dictating would use this handheld as a regular tape recorder but the voice is recorded digitally on a chip.

Upon completion of the dictation, the unit is placed on a docking station that is connected to a PC with the DS4000 software which is included in the package. The software electronically sends the dictation to our office in a matter of seconds. The unit is then ready for new dictation.
